Filipino au pairs selected by the host family

- Screening of experienced/first-timer au pair
- Guiding the au pair and host family regarding the necessary documentation needed

- Follow-up host family and au pair throughout the duration of the au pair’s stay

- In the event of a mismatch, rejection by the IND or withdrawal of the au pair/hostfamily, all cost will be covered by the host family at all cost and will not be reimbursed

Full Service I
Carefully selected Filipino au pairs directly from the Philippines

- Selection and screening of the au pair
- Host families are offered several au pair profiles to select from
- Make arrangement for the interview between au pair and host family
- Guiding the au pair and host family regarding the necessary documentation needed

- Apply for the au pair’s visa

Filipino au pairs within the EU upon request of the host family

- Au pair with one or more years of experience in the EU or candidates outside the Philippines
- Selection and screening of the au pair

- Guiding the au pair and host family regarding the necessary documentation needed

- Review, prepare and compile documents
- Apply for the au pair’s visa
- Follow-up host family and au pair throughout the duration of the au pair’s stay
- Guidance, advice and support for au pairs and host families

Additional costs for host families within the Netherlands
- Home visits by Family aupair (one-time cost) with all new host families:
€225*(within Amsterdam)
* there are additional costs depending on the distance and for application less than 6 weeks. - Extra (emergency) home visit on request host family and / or au pair minimum of €150 depending on the distance
- Administration cost and Visa application €850
- CFO assistance & adminsitration costs €75 (only if the au pair is in the Philippines)
- Additional cost for Application, shorter than 6 weeks €100 (only if the candidate is already in Europe)
- For ZZP, sole trader, BV and shareholders there are additional accountancy costs with a minimum of €60 This may differ from case to case.
Note: To be paid to or for the au pair:
- Au Pair World insurance:

- Pocket money €340 per month
- Mobile phone sim card around ± €15 per month

- Language course around €375 per year (must be offered at all times)
- Museum year ticket €75 per year (optional)
- Legalization of contract at the Philippine Embassy €27,50 one time cost (only if the au pair is departing from the Philippines)
- Sending a legalized contract via DHL / UPS / Fedex around €80 one time cost (only if the au pair is departing from the Philippines)
- Au pair event (4-5x per year) cost depending on the destination / program
- Return flight costs can vary greatly depending on the airline, dates, departure point of the au pair etc. Host family must at all times book a return ticket to the Philippines ± €1000 to €1600
