Filipino nationals residing in the Philippines should not register at this time, as the Philippine Embassy has temporarily suspended contract notarisation. If you are currently outside the Philippines, you may proceed with registration.
Official birth certificate issued by the relevant authority in your country, duly apostilled or legalised as required. The document must be submitted in English or accompanied by an official/certified English translation.
